Use lip liner which has the same shade with your matte lipstick. Line your lips precisely then fill in with matte lipstick.
Don’t rub your lips together
Remember, matte lipstick contain oil only in small amount, so it is useless to rub your lips together in order to spread it out. Use lip brush to spread the lipstick evenly. Lip brush also helps covering the surface of your lips neatly and more precise.
